Here is how to find your digital publications:
Log in to the Happily Hooked Members Site here.
Log in using your email address and the password that was sent to you by email.
Please note, your password is case-sensitive and must be entered with any capital or lower-case letters exactly.
Your subscription access information was emailed to you immediately after purchase by our automated system. Need your password sent again? Just click here to request that!
Please be sure to check your spam or promotions folder as many of our automated messages seem to end up there! You may need to log on to your email providers WEBMAIL portal, as some do not even pass through what they flag as spam to your device.
If you need to change the email address your subscription is registered to, please send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org
All of the issues included in your subscription are found in "Your Library". They are further sorted by issues of Happily Hooked; Pattern Pack; and Special Collections. Just click to open up a 'shelf' in your issue library. Please note the pictures on the button are just examples and you may not have items on each shelf. Any Courses you have are found in the Learning Center.
** If you aren't finding the newest addition to your Issue Library yet, your device may still be reading the older version stored in your cache memory. Please log out of your subscription account, then “force refresh” your web browser. This will allow your browser to re-check with the webserver to get the latest copy of the web page. Hit the Ctrl and F5 buttons at the same time, or if you are using a Mac use Cmd + R. iPads and iPhones need to be turned off completely, then turned back on. This may need to be done with EACH new release or addition, as it is a function of your device's cache and not our site! **
Access to the Members Site is for current subscribers only. You must save the issue PDFs to your device or Cloud and/or Ravelry library to claim them "forever."
