For the convenience of our our members, all memberships and subscriptions are part of our Automatic Renewal Program. Your recurring membership will continue uninterrupted and will automatically renew each term for the then-current fee.


By ordering the yearly membership or other subscription you are giving your implied authorization for the future renewals as this information is provided both before the purchase is made and immediately after.


You may cancel the renewal of your membership through the Members Site, or by emailing us any time prior to the beginning of a new term. Cancelling always means that you will continue to have access to your account for the remainder of your current already paid term. We do not issue pro-rated refunds for time remaining on a membership.


We do send advance notice(s) of the renewal as a courtesy, but the courtesy notices do not have any affect on the renewal itself.


Our policies do provide for a refund to be requested up to 7 days after the charge. Past that 7-day period no refund will be given, and access to the Members Site will continue until the end of the paid term.
