You can see everything concerning your membership right on the HHM Members Site and will be able to change your password if desired or update your payment details. 

After you log in, hover over your name near the top right corner of the page, then click on My Account. 


If you are changing your password, the new one needs to have at least 8 characters, and can be any combination of your choosing. It can even have spaces and punctuation marks... so you could even make it something like: "This is my password!" But of course, please make it something you can remember! 


I just discovered that our system doesn't like these symbols in passwords though, so please don't use these: < or > (Those are the "less than" and "greater than" symbols... but they are also used for code on websites, so it confuses our Members Site!)

All of our memberships and subscriptions are part of our Automatic Renewal Program: At the end of the initial term, your membership or subscription will be automatically renewed for another term at the lowest standard renewal rate. If you do nothing, your credit/debit card will be charged. You may turn off automatic renewal at any time through the members site or by emailing us. Cancellations always take effect at the end of the already paid term.
